Darśanopaniṣad 232

punaḥ piṅgalayāpūrya vahnibījamanusmaret |
punarvirecayeddhīmāniḍayaiva śanaiḥ śanaiḥ || 9 ||
Inhaling again through the piṅgalā, he should keep in mind the fire's seed-syllable; / the wise one should again exhale very slowly through the iḍā alone. || 9
