3.70

to karmeṃdriyeṃ karmīṃ |
rāhaṭatāṃ tarī na niyamī |
parī tetheceni urmī |
jhāṃkoḷenā ||

he does not restrain the organs of action / as they engage in actions, / yet he is not engulfed / by the surge of excitement arising there;
