yeṇeṃ yamaniyamāṃceni taḷavaṭeṃ |
rige āsanāciye pāulavāṭe |
yeī prāṇāyāmāceni āḍkaṃṭheṃ |
varautā gā ||
Along this foothill of restraints and observances, / enter the footpath of postures; / through the steep defile of breath-control, / come upward!
