وهام الآخرون على وجوههم يتساقطون من كسع الأدبار في الآبار، ويلوذون من ضرب الأخادع بالمخادع، ويفزعون من شن الغارات إلى المغارات، والطلب يقطع دابرهم، ويقرع بالأول آخرهم، حتى خلت سجستان من عيث شرارهم، وسلمت من بث شرارهم.

The rest fled headlong, falling into wells as they were struck from behind, seeking refuge from blows to the neck in inner chambers, and fleeing from the raids into caves, while the pursuit cut off their rear and drove the first of them against the last, until Sijistān was cleared of the havoc of their evildoers and safe from the spreading of their sparks.
