*Mañjirā*.—It is a tributary of the Godāvarī, which rises from the Bālāghāt ranges and flows south-east and north to join the Godāvarī. It is fed by three streams on the left and by five on the right. Its another variant is Vañjulā (Vāyu-Purāṇa, XLV, 104).
