Merchants coming from foreign countries (*āgantūnām*) are not to be sued for debts (*anabhiyogaśchārtheshu*), but they should fulfil their obligations to those who help them in business (*Anyatra sabhyopakāribhyaḥ tadupakāri-karmakarāna-pahāya*).
