The Commercial Superintendent will export commodities, provided it is profitable (*udayaṁ paśyet*) after paying the various charges such as toll (*śulka*), road-cess (*vartanī*), escort charges (*ātivāhika*), military cess (*gulmadeya*), ferry-charges (*taradeya*) and the like.
