「所以至無復病」，二、釋前兩答。有二意：前言為眾生故入生死，有生死即有三種疾生。此釋答有權疾生之久近。次言「若眾生得離病者則菩薩無復病」，即是釋後答權疾得滅之由。

From "Therefore... to has no illness again" onward is the second [part], explaining the two preceding answers. It has two meanings: The previous statement said that for the sake of sentient beings he enters birth and death, and where there is birth and death there is the arising of the three kinds of illness. This explains the answer regarding how long ago the provisional illness arose. The next statement says, "If sentient beings can be freed from illness, then the bodhisattva has no illness again"; this explains the reason behind the subsequent answer regarding how the provisional illness comes to cease.
