大姊一心念！我某甲，今求阿姨為依止，願阿姨與我依止，我依止阿姨住。（三說。彼言：）可爾。（或言：）與汝依止。（或言：）汝莫放逸。（闍梨行法，並同和尚。）

'May the venerable sister pay mindful attention! I, named so-and-so, now request the aunt to be my niśraya. May the aunt grant me niśraya; I will dwell depending on the aunt.' (Say this three times. She replies:) 'It is well.' (Or she says:) 'I grant you niśraya.' (Or she says:) 'Do not be negligent.' (The conduct of an ācāryikā is identical to that of an upādhyāyikā.)
