北洲成後三者，北俱盧洲成就後三，貪、瞋、邪見而不現行，不攝財物為我所故，貪不現行。身心柔軟，復無惱害，瞋不現行。無惡意樂故，邪見不現行。

'In the Northern Continent the last three are possessed' means that in Uttarakuru, the last three—greed, hostility, and wrong view—are possessed but do not manifest. Because they do not appropriate wealth as 'mine', greed does not manifest. Their bodies and minds being gentle, and furthermore lacking vexation and harm, hostility does not manifest. Because they lack an evil intention, wrong view does not manifest.
