譬如空中，有眾多色，色業可得，容受一切諸色，色業等者，此喻真如，如空遍計如色等，如下唯遣遍計諸似色色業證真如似空之性。

Regarding 'Just as within space, numerous forms and formal activities can be observed, and it accommodates all forms and formal activities...': this is an analogy for tathatā, like space, while the conceptualized is like form, etc. As explained below, it is merely by dispensing with all conceptualized semblance-forms and formal activities that one realizes the space-like nature of tathatā.
