9.20
攝持當來種種功德於自身中乃至名大勢具足因者，以供養三寶尊長等發弘誓願，願當來世攝持種種功德致於自身中，由此供養發願等為因當來感大勢具足，是此中意也。
Regarding “gathering various future merits within one's own body... up to being named the cause of being endowed with great influence”: by making offerings to the Three Jewels, venerable elders, and so forth, one makes great vows, aspiring to gather various merits in future lives and bring them into one's own body; with these offerings, vows, and so forth as causes, one will in the future induce being endowed with great influence. This is the meaning here.
