10.82

論云「是故一切假說若具不具乃至有體有分，有其自性」。彼法者，謂能詮教法等。彼事者，謂所詮體事等。有體者，總指法之自體。有分者，別解法之差別分。

The treatise states: "Therefore, all nominal designations, whether complete or incomplete [...] up to [...] possess substance and parts, possessing their intrinsic nature." "Those dharmas" refers to the designating teaching dharmas and so forth. "Those matters" refers to the designated essential matters and so forth. "Possessing substance" refers generally to the self-substance of the dharma. "Possessing parts" specifically explains the differentiated aspects of the dharma.
