The explanation says: "It is already expressed within what has been stated; therefore it specifically omits only disharmony. Saying 'it is expressed within what has been stated' means that the state of an ordinary person is nominally established based on the defilements abandoned upon the path of seeing, and in relation to the noble path it has the sense of non-attainment, which is precisely the meaning of disharmony. Within disharmony, it briefly raises one aspect; other disharmonies can be known by analogy, which is why it specifically omits disharmony. As for the *Yogācārabhūmi*, the *Prakaraṇāryavācā*, and this treatise having twenty-four, this is based on having a separate designation of disharmony apart from the state of an ordinary person; therefore other treatises speak of twenty-four."
