「次、就事四句者：一、一事全匝於理時，不礙一切事法亦全匝，是故在內即在外。二、一切事法各匝於理時，不礙一塵亦全匝，是故在外即在內。三、以諸事法同時各匝故，是故全在內亦全在外，無有障礙。四、以諸事法各不壞故，彼此相望，非內亦非外。思之。」

'Next, regarding the four propositions on phenomena: 1. When a single phenomenon completely encircles principle, it does not obstruct all phenomenal dharmas also completely encircling it; therefore, being inside is being outside. 2. When all phenomenal dharmas each encircle principle, it does not obstruct a single speck of dust also completely encircling it; therefore, being outside is being inside. 3. Because all phenomenal dharmas simultaneously each encircle it, they are completely inside and also completely outside, without any obstruction. 4. Because all phenomenal dharmas are each not destroyed, viewed in relation to each other they are neither inside nor outside. Contemplate this.'
