謂緣起事法必無自性，無自性故舉體即真，故說眾生即如，不待滅也。
This means that phenomenal entities of pratītyasamutpāda are necessarily without svabhāva; because they are without svabhāva, in their entire substance they are identical to the true. Therefore, it is said that sentient beings are identical to tathatā, without waiting for extinction.
