三、明果報土者，即華藏純諸法身菩薩所居。破無明、顯法性，得真實果報。而無明未盡，潤無漏業，受法性報身，名果報國也。以觀實相發真無漏所得果報，故名為實。修因無定，色心無礙，亦名實報無障礙土。《華嚴》明因陀羅網世界是也。

Third, explaining the land of retribution: this is the dwelling place of pure dharmakāya bodhisattvas of the lotus-womb world. Breaking through avidyā and revealing dharmatā, they attain the true and real fruit and reward. Yet, since avidyā is not exhausted, it moistens untainted karma and they receive a retribution body of dharmatā; hence it is called the land of retribution. Because it is the fruit and reward attained by contemplating the true mark and generating the genuine untainted [wisdom], it is called 'true.' The causes cultivated are not fixed and form and mind are unimpeded; hence it is also called the Land of True Reward without Obstruction. The Indra's net world explained in the Avataṃsaka is this.
