Now may all Buddha Bhagavats bear witness to me and remember me. Again, before the Buddha Bhagavats, I speak thus: 'If in this life or in other lives I have practiced giving or guarded pure morality, even to the extent of giving a single morsel of food to an animal, or whatever roots of goodness from practicing pure conduct, whatever roots of goodness from maturing sentient beings, whatever roots of goodness from practicing toward awakening, and whatever roots of goodness from supreme gnosis—gathering, calculating, assessing, and weighing them all together, I completely dedicate them all to anuttarā samyaksambodhi. Just as the past, future, and present Buddhas have made dedications, so too do I make dedication.' Having dedicated, I take refuge and pay homage to the Triratna.
