2.31

舉：「僧問乾峯：『十方薄伽梵，一路涅槃門，未審路頭在什麼處？』峯以拄杖劃云：『在者裏。』」師拈起扇子云：「扇子勃跳上三十三天，築著帝釋鼻孔，東海鯉魚打一棒，雨似盆傾相似。會麼？」

He cited: "A monk asked Qianfeng, 'The Bhagavats of the ten directions have one road to the gate of nirvāṇa. Where is the trailhead?' Feng drew a line with his staff and said, 'Right here.'" The Master held up a fan and said, "The fan leaps up to the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven and pokes Śakra's nostril; when the carp of the Eastern Sea is struck with a blow, rain pours down like a tipped basin. Do you understand?"
