健康保寧興譽禪師上堂。步入道場影涵宗鑑。粲粲星羅霽夜。英英花吐春時。木人密運。化機絲毫不爽。石女全提。空印文彩大彰。且道不一不異無去無來。合作麼生體悉。的的縱橫皆妙用。阿儂元不異中來。

Chan Master Baoning Xingyu of Jiankang ascended the hall and said, 'Stepping into the bodhimaṇḍa, shadows are contained in the lineage mirror. Splendidly stars spread across the cleared night; luxuriantly flowers blossom in springtime. The wooden man operates secretly, the transforming mechanism without the slightest discrepancy; the stone woman brings it forth completely, the pattern of the seal of emptiness manifestly radiant. And tell me: neither one nor different, without coming and without going—how does one understand and realize it? Clearly, moving freely, everything is wondrous function; this person originally does not come from among differences.'
