痰癊（上淡甘反考聲云痰鬲中水病也下邑禁反案癊者痰病之類大同而小異韻詮云亦痰病也諸字書並無此二字也）。

Phlegm and congested fluid (痰癊: the upper character has the fanqie [d- + -am] 淡甘. The Kaosheng states: ‘Tán is a fluid ailment in the diaphragm.’ The lower character has the fanqie [ʔ- + -im] 邑禁. We observe that yìn is a disease of the phlegm category, largely similar with minor differences. The Yunquan states: ‘It is also an ailment of phlegm.’ Neither of these two characters appears in the standard character dictionaries.)
