三𠌤（朅焉反考聲𠌤遇也韻詮𮘧罪也說文從人心幵聲也幵音啟堅反經從二天作𠍴誤也古文作平籀文作諐說文作愆又作㥶皆古字也）。

Three errors (三𠌤: qie-yan [fanqie]. The Kaosheng says: "𠌤 means to encounter." The Yunquan says: "𠌤 means a transgression." The Shuowen says: "It takes its semantic classifier from 心 'mind' and 幵 is the phonetic." 幵 has the phonetic reading qi-jian [fanqie]. In the sutra it is written with two 天 as 𠍴, which is an error. In ancient script it is written 平; in the large seal script it is 諐; the Shuowen gives it as 愆 or 㥶; all are ancient characters).
