曾孫 (The upper character is 作 + 登 with fanqie. The 'Shīqīn' section of the Erya says: 'A son's son is a grandson (sūn); a grandson's son is a great-grandson (zēngsūn).' Guo's commentary says: 'Zēng means repeated.' It also says: 'A great-grandson's son is a great-great-grandson (xuánsūn); a xuánsūn's son is a láisūn; a láisūn's son is a kūnsūn; a kūnsūn's son is a réngsūn; a réngsūn's son is a yúnsūn.' 晜 is the ancient script for the character 昆. Guo's commentary says: '晜 means later').
