【摩訶那鉢】此云大勢至。《思益》云：「我投足之處，震動三千大千世界及魔宮殿，故名大勢至。」《觀經》云：「以智慧光，普照一切，令離三塗，得無上力，是故號此菩薩名大勢至。」

【Mohenabo】(Mahāsthāmaprāpta) Here translated as Da Shizhi (Great Strength Arrived). The Siyi says: "The place where I plant my foot shakes the trichiliocosm and the palaces of Māra; hence I am named Great Strength Arrived (Da Shizhi)." The Guan jing says: "With the light of wisdom, he illuminates all universally, causing them to leave the three wretched destinies and attain unsurpassed power; therefore this bodhisattva is named Great Strength Arrived (Da Shizhi)."
