【Vaśavartin】 Or Paranirmita-[vaśavartin]. The *Dàzhìdù lùn* says: "In the language of Qin, it means 'Sovereignty over Others' Transformations' (Tahua zizai). This heaven seizes what others have transformed and entertains itself with it, hence it is called 'Sovereignty over Others' Transformations'." It is also called 'The Heaven of Transforming in Response to Sounds'.
