They were unable to inspect it personally, but merely directed younger scholars to assemble and compose it. The discrepancies and omissions in it amount to almost half. This was entrusting it to the wrong persons; the fault lay in how abilities were employed. Moreover, in fascicle 12, the missing scriptures total 478 works in 677 fascicles; these were already included in the preceding eleven fascicles. Now, calculating comprehensively, they claim this reaches a total of 5,616 works in 8,641 fascicles: this is not so. Falsely increasing the works and fascicles, when examined against reality they do not exist. Various other confusions are hard to record completely.
