經。而白佛言希有世尊佛說如是甚深經典　此下第二嘆勝也。而白佛言者。啟告之詞也。希有世尊者。總嘆勝也。佛說如是甚深經典者。別舉所嘆希有法也。

Sūtra: and addressed the Buddha, saying, 'Rare, Bhagavat! The Buddha has preached such a profoundly deep classic: From here down is the second [part], praising the superiority. 'And addressed the Buddha, saying' are words of invocation. 'Rare, Bhagavat' is a general praise of its superiority. 'The Buddha has preached such a profoundly deep classic' specifically points out the rare Dharma being praised.
