不捨有為法而起無相　肇曰。即有而無故能起無相。即無而有故能不捨。不捨故萬法兼備起無故美惡齊旨。

"Not relinquishing conditioned dharmas while arousing [the realization of] signlessness." Zhao says: Approaching existence as non-existence, one is therefore able to arouse signlessness; approaching non-existence as existence, one is therefore able not to relinquish. Because one does not relinquish them, the myriad dharmas are fully possessed; because one arouses non-existence, beauty and ugliness are aligned in significance.
