saṃpūrṇaikādaśī yatra prabhāte punar eva sā | tatropoṣyā dvitīyā tu parato dvādaśī yadi
Where an ekādaśī is complete, and it occurs again at dawn, / the second one should be observed by fasting there, if a dvādaśī follows afterward.
Where the eleventh is complete and is there again in the morning, the second (day) is to be fasted on, if the twelfth follows.
