sinīvālī dvijaiḥ kāryā sāgnikaiḥ pitṛkarmaṇi | strībhiḥ śūdraiḥ kuhūḥ kāryā tathā cānagnikair dvijaiḥ

Sinīvālī is to be observed by twice-born men who maintain the fires in rites for the ancestors; / Kuhū is to be observed by women, by Śūdras, and likewise by twice-born men without fires.

For rites to the ancestors the twice-born who keep the fires should take the Sinīvālī (new moon), women, Śūdras and twice-born without fires the Kuhū.
