sám ahám eṣā́ṃ rāṣṭráṃ syāmi sám ójo vīryàṃ bálam |
vr̥ścā́mi śátrūṇāṃ bāhū́n anéna havíṣā ahám ||2||
Up I sharpen the royalty of them, up their force, heroism, strength; I hew [off] the arms of the foes with this oblation.
