至誠恭敬一心住，五輪投地而作禮，
歸命十方正等覺，三世一切具三身，
歸命一切大乘法，歸命不退菩提眾，
歸命諸明真實言，歸命一切諸密契，
以身、口、意清淨業，慇懃無量恭敬禮。

Dwelling single-mindedly in utmost sincerity and reverence, / Cast the five wheels to the ground and make prostration: / Take refuge in the Fully Enlightened Ones of the ten directions, / All in the three times who possess the three bodies; / Take refuge in all teachings of the Great Vehicle; / Take refuge in the assembly of non-retrogressing Bodhi; / Take refuge in all vidyās and true words; / Take refuge in all secret mudrās; / With pure actions of body, speech, and mind, / Earnestly make immeasurable respectful prostrations.
