evaṃ kāulessehiṃ vi sayaṃ bhāṇiyavvaṃ, navaraṃ–kāulesse tti abhilāvo bhāṇiyavvo|

So also should the śataka be spoken with regard to [those possessed of] grey leśyā, with the only difference that the phrasing 'with grey leśyā' should be spoken.
