padmā-payodhara-taṭī-parirambha-lagna-kāśmīra-mudritam
uraḥ madhusūdanasya /
vyakta-anurāgam iva khelat-anaṅga-kheda-sveda-ambu-pūram
anupūrayatu priyam vaḥ //

Imprinted with saffron clinging from an embrace against the slope of Padmā's breasts,
filled with the waters of perspiration born of the weariness of erotic play, as if manifesting passion—
may that chest of Madhusūdana fulfill your desired wish!
