kṣaṇam api virahaḥ purā na sehe
nayana-nimīlana-khinnayā yayā te /
śvasiti katham asau rasāla-śākhām
cira-viraheṇa vilokya puṣpita-agrām //

Formerly, distressed even by the blinking of an eye,
she could not bear separation from you for a moment;
