vaiśvānareṇa yat kiṃcit kurute prokṣaṇaṃ dvijaḥ | gaṅgātoyasamaṃ sarvaṃ vadanti brahmavādinaḥ

Whatever sprinkling a twice-born performs with [the Vaiśvānara mantra], / the knowers of the Veda declare all of it to be equal to the waters of the Gaṅgā.

Whatever sprinkling a twice-born man performs with fire, all that, say the expounders of the Veda, is like the water of the Gaṅgā.
