yád adó devā́ ásurāṃs tváyā́gre nirákurvata |
tátas tvám ádhy oṣadhe 'pāmārgó ajāyathāḥ ||4||
When yonder, in the beginning, the gods by thee removed (nis-kṛ) the Asuras, from thence, O herb, wast thou born, an off-wiper.
